The Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for printing errors or for stolen, lost, late, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, damaged, garbled, delayed, postage due or misdirected entries. All mail–in entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.

• 2. OPT–IN TO SPONSOR'S EMAIL LIST (limit 5 entries): Entrant will receive five (5) entries by initially electing to receive email communications from Sponsor. To opt–in during the registration process, locate the corresponding area on the registration form and check the box prior to clicking the "register" button to complete the submission. To opt–in at another time, entrant can log into site, click the "Get Bonus Entries" button and follow the instructions. An entrant may opt–out from Sponsor email list communication by following the instructions at the bottom of any such email sent to entrant.

• 3. INVITE FRIENDS/SHARE WITH FRIENDS (limit 100 entries): There are two methods of inviting or sharing with friends. Entrant may log into Site, click on the "Invite Friends" button (or the "Get Bonus Entries" button and then the "Share With Friends" button) to access the share page and submit the email addresses of friends who are eligible to enter the Promotion. Each friend ("Referral") will receive an email notifying them about the Promotion. The email may identify entrant as having sent or recommended that the email be sent. Entrants may only refer persons with whom they have an existing relationship and from whom they have received permission to provide such email addresses. Entrant may also post their personal web link as shown on the share page on instant messenger, blogs, message boards, personal web pages, social networks, personal emails or other places. Distribution of the personal link is at the discretion of the entrant.   Entrant will receive ten (10) entries for each Referral or individual which clicks on the personal web list, visits Site and completes and successfully submits the free online registration form up to a maximum of ten (10) which would equate to one–hundred (100) entries. Entrant will not receive additional entries for the same person.

• 4. LIKE SPONSOR ON FACEBOOK (limit 5 entries): Entrant will receive five (5) entries by visiting www.facebook.com/johnsonville, logging into facebook (facebook registration is free if entrant does not have an existing account), clicking the "Like" button, clicking the code word tab, copying the code, logging into Site, clicking "Get Bonus Entries" button, clicking "Show Your Support" button, pasting the facebook code and clicking "Confirm" button.

• 5. FOLLOW SPONSOR ON TWITTER (limit 5 entries): Entrant will receive five (5) entries by visiting www.twitter.com/JvilleSausage, logging into Twitter (Twitter registration is free if entrant does not have an existing account), clicking to follow @JvilleSausage, logging into Site, clicking "Get Bonus Entries" button, clicking "Follow Us On Twitter" button, providing entrant Twitter username and clicking "Confirm" button.

• 6. PLAY THE GAME (limit 34 entries) For every one (1) time that entrant plays the GRILLVILLE game to conclusion (ends the game by running out of time, by having the grill become too full or by completing all waves) entrant will receive one (1) entry, up to a maximum of thirty–four (34) entries.

• 7. ENTERING SELECT SPONSOR UPC CODES (limit 100 entries): Entrant will receive ten (10) entries for each valid UPC code entered up to a maximum of ten (10) which would equate to one–hundred (100) entries. UPC codes are visible on Sponsor product packaging. No purchase is required. Possession of product or product packaging is not required. Not all UPC codes on Sponsor product will be valid. There are 30 valid Sponsor UPC codes. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays and that entrant may be disqualified. Potential winner will be notified by email after the date of random drawing. ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE CONSISTING OF A CASH PRIZE AND A TRAVEL PRIZE: Winner will receive $2,500 ("Cash Prize") and a trip for up to four (4) people, including winner, to attend Brat Days 2010 in Sheboygan, WI on August 5–7, 2010 ("Travel Prize"). Trip includes special VIP passes ("Backstage Passes") for music entertainment and festival activities, hotel accommodations (4 days/3 nights (2 rooms/double occupancy), rental car and air transportation from/to major airport nearest home of winner (must be located in Continental United States; if winner resides outside the Continental United States, winner is solely responsible for travel to the Continental United States) to Milwaukee, WI. Coach class airfare will be provided for winner and up to three (3) travel companions. If winner resides within one hundred and thirty (130) miles of Milwaukee, WI, rental car transportation may be substituted in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value. Winner travel must occur during dates of August 5–8, 2010. If winner is unable to travel within the time period required, Travel Prize will be forfeited. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the description above, including but not limited to other transportation, parking fees, admission fees, food and beverages, gratuities, incidental charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companions must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner; winner and travel companions are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. If winner is a minor, one travel companion must be the winner's parent or legal guardian. If any travel companion is a minor, they must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of winner.

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $4,999.99. When presented without decimal places, the prize value may be rounded and referred to as $5,000 which in actuality refers to the ARV of $4,999.99. Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in airfare, lodging, rental car and other. Any stated difference between the approximate value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded.

Prize is non–transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Where applicable, an IRS Form 1099 for each winner will be filed by Administrator. All applicable federal, state, local and other taxes and fees associated with the prize related to acceptance and use of prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of prize. SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THAT PROVISION. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's or Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of Promotion, or any part of it, for any reason, Administrator, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for the prize offered herein. No more than one grand prize will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than one grand prize as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor and Administrator reserves the right to award only the one grand prize by a random drawing among all legitimate eligible prize claims.

Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with Promotion, or prize awarded, other than those concerning the administration of Promotion or the determination of winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court with jurisdiction for New York City; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out–of–pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out–of–pocket expenses , and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
